Store Policy & Return Rules

Pickup orders

All sales are final once your order has been picked up. Please inspect your items before leaving the store. No returns or exchanges are accepted after pickup.

Delivery orders

Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, worn out, or spoiled. You must notify us immediately upon delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the item’s condition on arrival.

Same-day returns

Eligible items must be returned to the store on the same day they are delivered, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or replacement is approved.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been picked up from the store or delivered.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
